How To Make Calendar Out of Microsoft Publisher

In making a calendar using MS word, first is to open Microsoft Word Publisher, choose calendar from the popular publication types and to double-click the style we like which is pinstripes. The calendar automatically dated itself for the current month but we can change the orientation in the left task pane. And in our case, we need to make 2 calendars which we can change from a monthly to yearly calendar by opening the format button and calendar options. In the left task pane we clicked change date range box where we entered a new start date and a new end date.  We were able to change the color schemes by clicking color Schemes in the left task pane, clicking a scheme to apply it in our calendar. And to choose more colors, we clicked custom color scheme at the bottom of the task pane. Also, we changed text fonts by clicking the font schemes, clicking one of the options to apply it to the calendar or simply by selecting the text and changing it by going to the toolbar at the top of the screen. We changed the sample picture by right-clicking the image and choosing change picture button and selecting from our files or a clip art. Lastly, is to insert it into the calendar and adjust the size and style of the picture using the picture toolbar. Here’s the outcome of our first calendar constructing using the Microsoft Word (September and year 2011 calendar):

See? Sooo Easy!! :)
